I haven't posted any pictures of our yellow hallway yet because I was still searching for the perfect artwork to compliment the golden-yellow walls.

For the artwork, I ended up using some vintage postcards we had leftover from our wedding. We used them as seating cards, and we ended up having quite a few left over.

I had several dollar-store frames laying around, so I spray-painted them white. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out so well because I am lazy and generally try to spray paint things without sanding them first (not a good idea).
So, instead of mourning the lack of perfection I decided to go with it. I grabbed a sheet of sandpaper and roughed up the edges of the frames for a more weathered look.

ha! Your secret cracked me up! When I rented a house in grad school, I had to think of many "creative" was to hang things, I used lots of command adhesive strips and scotch tape. I really like the yellow walls, they are always so warm and cheerful!
