I pulled together this outfit for a wedding last weekend, and I loved it so much that I will probably try to wear it several more times before the season is over. If you know me personally, try to forget that I just told you that, ok?
The best part about it is that most of the outfit was either free or came from GW! I am seriously crazy like that. But just look at this breakdown:
Skirt: Anthropologie- purchased from GW for $5.99
Belt: Banana Republic- purchased from GW for $1.99 (normally $50!)
Sweater and shirt: things my sister was tired of so I graciously took them off her hands. FREE.
Boots: These were a little more spendy from Macy's, but still on sale after Christmas last year for $100.00
So, there you have it! Not counting the boots, this outfit cost me a grand total of $7.98!

I love the outfit!!! It looks beautiful on you!
ReplyDeleteYou are just darling, wear it as often as you like!
ReplyDeleteWow! What a find! You know that Antropologie skirt was probably half of a fortune originally anyway! :) You look great! It's essential to have at least one outfit you love so much you'd wear it every day if you could. :)
ReplyDeleteYou are so good at putting clothes together. What does GW stand for? And Anthropologie is my most FAV store but everything is sooo expensive!!!!
ReplyDeleteYup. You're my hero. The whole outfit rocks.. and I want you're belt... so if you ever get bored of it *hint hint* i will gladly take it off your hands =)
ReplyDeleteyou wouldn't happen to have any good tips for breaking in boots would you? I just bought my first pair of big girl boots (i'm formerly a fl girl.. so now that we're up north I had my awesome excuse to buy boots!) and they HURT! hard core! haha

Thanks ladies! =)
ReplyDeleteKristi- I always talk about Goodwill, the thrift store that I frequent a lot, so I shortened it to GW. I suppose I should translate that though! =)
Jenn, ok, I will send you the belt when I'm sick of it. But then you will have to send me something in return! Mwahahaha....
